Armour Homes exists because most of this industry is sloppy. Owners get a percentage and a shrug. Guests get a lockbox and silence. Councils get told the bed is ready when it is not. The founder built this so none of that is the default.
What we do
We run serviced houses. Two products for owners, never both on the same house. Commercial let: we rent the property from you and pay a monthly figure whether the beds are full or not. Management: you keep the tenancy, we run the listing, guests, and (if you want) the cleans. Guests book those same houses for work, family, and stays that last more than a weekend.
Every stay gets a turnover clean with proof. Day-0 photo inventory. Keys and lockbox handled. Pricing looked at. Messages answered. That is the job.
Who we work with
Owners who are tired of agents, voids, and viewings. Landlords who want the house working without living on Airbnb. Councils and charities who need a bed this week, not a tender in six months. Contractors and HS2 crews who need a kitchen and a parking space, not a travelodge breakfast.
Who we house
Families between homes. Workers on a job. Emergency placements. People who booked a week because the train is nearby and the house is clean. The standard does not change with the invoice. Same roof, same process.
Where it comes from
The founder is a property operator, trained in property management, and has been a freemason for years. The through-line is simple: do what you said, look after the house, do not cut corners when nobody is watching. Fundraising for UK charities (NSPCC, Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation, Marie Curie, MIND and others) sits in the same place. Useful to the community, not a brochure line.
Armour Homes is not a side hustle and not a call centre. It is a commercial short-stay business that started here and is growing nationwide.
